Zoeva Cosmetics appointed Threepipe Reply to increase revenue across Paid Media channels and improve overall ROAS.  Following a comprehensive audit we implemented a strategy to increase revenue and also improve overall ROAS. 

The Challenge

The challenge was to drive strong YoY revenue growth while achieving a blended ROAS of between €3.50-€4.00 across Paid Search.

The Solution

Our solution was threefold. First, we expanded our targeting to include some new markets that had shown growth potential across their wider owned marketing channel mix. Second, we created new campaigns that leveraged best-in-class modern search smart bidding strategies, audience and targeting signals, campaign types and keyword matches. Last, we set pre defined ROAS target brackets for our campaign types and aligned with our clients on what level of efficiency we would operate to for campaigns that were more likely to drive new versus returning customer purchases.

Results

Following a growth in spend of +52% versus January to March 2024, we saw a 51% increase in revenue and a flat ROAS of €4.05. These were great results considering we spent so much more versus the previous year and the ROAS was above the target threshold.

Moving forward: The next step with Zoeva is to work toward improving the quality of new customers driven from Paid Search. To achieve this, our approach will leverage first party audiences of high value existing customers and new customer led conversion goals to improve the chances of driving higher quality new customers to reduce marketing CAC.
