Rebuild and relaunch the Goldwell website following a global brand design refresh, balancing brand-first creative with SEO performance. The programme required the delivery of 49 pages per region under tight timelines while maintaining consistency across templates, tone of voice and UX structure. The project also needed to navigate complex global-to-local rollout requirements, ensuring the design system could scale across markets with different languages, products and regulatory considerations.
We delivered a scalable, design-led website content system spanning homepage, category, information and campaign pages. Using an agile approach, creative direction remained brand-first while SEO insights informed page structure, content themes and taxonomy to support discoverability without dictating design.
To support consistency and production efficiency, we introduced repeatable content models and aligned UX principles that could scale across regions while maintaining quality and brand integrity. Visual assets were created using 3D renders, enabling flexible and consistent imagery across templates and markets while reducing manual production requirements under tight timelines.
