The Beauty Crop is a digitally native beauty brand with strong TikTok-led demand and momentum heading into Q4. The brand launched on Amazon UK in a highly saturated beauty category, where CPCs are naturally high and differentiation is critical. The challenge was to convert upper-funnel social awareness into Amazon demand, build rankings quickly, and ensure growth was incremental and efficient, rather than driven by short-term launch activity alone.
We owned end-to-end Amazon setup and performance marketing, aligning upper-funnel awareness with lower-funnel intent to efficiently capture TikTok-driven demand. We worked in close partnership with The Beauty Crop team, particularly on product selection, ranging strategy and the overall growth roadmap, ensuring commercial priorities and media execution were fully aligned.
Activity focused on accelerating early traction through keyword and category targeting, improving paid-to-organic efficiency, and evolving from launch-mode activity into a more sustainable growth model. As scale increased, we introduced bundle-led promotions, ongoing optimisation, and retention planning to support repeat purchase and long-term value.
