Paid Media Manager

You will be the main point of contact for your clients, building a high knowledge of not only the work we do for them but also their overall business. Your main responsibility will be working closely with team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard. You’ll also bring your organisation ability and have a high attention to detail, managing monthly budgets and recommending channel splits to ensure we hit the overall objectives. There may be the opportunity to develop your leadership ability and take on line management responsibilities for an executive, helping them learn the skills they need and supporting their career development.


Campaign Strategy & Management

  • To work closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business, digital needs and priorities
  • To work closely with the Head of Client Services and Account Director to ensure all accounts have a performance & commercial strategy
  • To work closely with suppliers to ensure that the team are constantly at the forefront of industry developments and, when suitable, we are trialing these new tactics for our clients
  • Ensure all activity meets or exceeds the client’s performance expectations
  • To manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target


Delivery & Task Management

  • Highly organised individual managing a number of different clients and campaigns at any one time
  • Clearly briefing and managing operational executives to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time
  • Quality control of work conducted by junior and more operational members of the team


Departmental Development

  • To work with the Head of Client Services and Account Director across a range of tasks to further the scale, capabilities and quality of the Threepipe offering, including
    • Recruitment
    • Training plans
    • New business (both preparation and attendance)
    • Media supplier relationships
    • Technology and automation

  • Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments or opportunities and relay these to the wider business – we are looking for pro-active individuals



  • 1.5 – 2 years managing paid media accounts working towards client’s goals on a DR or performance basis (focusing on Paid Search and at least one other including Display or Social Media)
  • Ability to compile media plans across multiple channels
  • Comfortable preparing and presenting client presentations and QBR’s
  • Proven ability to cross sell/up sell



  • Experience running and optimising media campaigns – e.g PPC, Paid Social, Display
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – able to grow accounts, win business and spot an opportunity for clients, our business and our team members
  • Experience with Adserver Tracking
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics

A degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, ideally in a science, business or marketing vertical or part of an agency internship program.
