We’re delighted to announce we’ve been shortlisted for the European Search Awards for our work with McCormick brand Schwartz in the ‘Best use of Search – FMCG (Large)’ category!
Herbs and spices manufacturer, Schwartz, appointed us in February 2020 to improve unbranded organic traffic to their UK brand site.
Little did we know that a couple of months later that our work would be very well timed and take on even greater strategic importance.
As the pandemic hit the UK, consumer search for recipe and food inspiration spiked as we have never seen before and we were able to ensure Schwartz products played their part in the home cooking revolution happening across UK homes.
This organic approach delivered fantastic results in a highly competitive retail landscape where paid media approaches can be hugely expensive.
Schwartz commented: “Our work with Threepipe placed us well for capitalising on the increased search demand for home cooking inspiration and recipes. The improvement in our unbranded search performance has been fantastic and we are now building on that momentum into 2021. The technical improvements are now allowing us to focus on more content led opportunities throughout 2022.”
