This campaign aimed to shift perceptions by re-establishing and cementing Interflora as ‘the’ ultimate high-quality flowers brand. This campaign focused on Interflora’s uniquely personal and empathetic approach to their customers, challenging the ‘through the letterbox’ style of their competitors.
Our campaign focused on how you can ‘Make it mean more’ with Interflora. The first phase incorporated Birthday messaging which was ultimately identified as a key market touchpoint for uplifts in sales.
