NFON, a cloud telephony provider disrupting the traditional telecom paradigms in the SME space, were looking to better align their marketing and sales comms to target audience needs. Having completed qualitative interviews and deep dives on telephony requirements for a number of core verticals, NFON approached Threepipe Reply to build out personas as well as provide an enablement approach.
We developed full persona stories to act as a core resource for the NFON team moving forward, detailing persona backgrounds, challenges and needs. Additionally, to address the enablement requirement, we provided a full positioning strategy for each persona that covered core talking points, reasons to believe, elevator pitches as well as messaging and content recommendations for the entire buyer journey.
Following this, we developed a number of sales enablement materials including product power sheets, one-pagers and sales decks to better reflect their new brand look & feel and tone of voice.
