Overhauling the iconic retailer’s eCommerce KPIs
We worked closely with Liberty’s development team to relaunch new analytics goals within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager was used for tracking the additional enhanced eCommerce data accurately.
We conducted Google Analytics training for all of the online trading teams as to how to use the Enhanced eCommerce reports and how to improve overall performance.
We worked with Liberty’s data science team to improve the quality of data available to enable the build of internal probabilistic models for making smarter decision with their digital investments.
Results:
- 16% increase in ecommerce conversion rate
- 13% increase in add-to-cart after optimisation
- 7% increase in tracking accuracy (from 93% to 98%)
