We boosted QSI’s social media presence by introducing an AI-powered content workflow designed for efficiency and consistency. The Challenge

The brand encountered several challenges in its content creation strategy. Maintaining a consistent tone and message across multiple contributors proved difficult, leading to fragmented brand expression. There was also a limited range of themes in the context produced, often resulting in repetitive messaging. Fragmented feedback and inconsistent inputs among team members slowed down content development, impacting overall productivity. Additionally, as content demands grew, the brand struggled to keep up with the scale and speed required for effective engagement. 

The Solution

To tackle these challenges, a structured workflow incorporating AI was proposed. The AI-powered workflow ingested and interpreted brand assets, aligning content creation with strategic objectives. This then generates a draft copy that adheres to brand guidelines, providing a rationale for messaging choices, ensuring accountability.  

To standardise inputs, the workflow utilises established brand guidelines and tone of voice to maintain a cohesive brand message across all content. Audience insights and previous content are incorporated to enhance relevance and engagement.  

The workflow also streamlines collaboration by reducing subjectivity and standardising language. The new process aims to enhance collaboration among team members. A clear feedback mechanism is established to ensure alignment and reduce delays in content approval.  

Additionally, the AI-driven approach allows for the rapid generation of varied content ideas tailored to different audiences and platforms, thus expanding creative storytelling without losing brand alignment.
